Strengthening forensic science around the world

Wyndham Forensic Group is proud to help advance excellence in forensic science worldwide through partnerships with governments, NGOs and police services in developing countries.

We provide capacity building, forensic training, and technical expertise to equip local scientists, police forces, and justice officials with the skills and knowledge needed to establish effective forensic science infrastructure and quality management systems based on international standards.

Our international work

Capacity Building for the Palestinian Authority

In 2013, Wyndham Forensic Group signed a four-year contract with the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) to provide key services in support of a project to establish a sustainable forensic science and medicine for the Palestine Authority. The executing agency for the project is the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNDOC).

Wyndham Forensic Group is responsible for assessing the ongoing relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of the project as well as providing advice and guidance to CIDA, UNDOC, and other stakeholders.

Training forensic scientists
in Belize

In 2014, we partnered with Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada to provide on-site training to members of the National Forensic Service of Belize.

Part of the Anti-Crime Capacity Building Project (ACCBP), the goal is to qualify Belize’s forensic staff to perform body fluid testing to meet international standards.
